Wow, you are a glutten for punishment. I guess that it can be done, but be patient. I would just get a bucket of gasoline or similar product and let the tile soak in that and then take each one one by one and use a putty scraper and go at it.
Be sure and keep the area ventilated with the gas or whatever cutter that you use.
Cutters will turn the mastic to rubber. Not using a cutter will keep it hard. you might have better luck with the mastic being hard.
