You are most likely using 120v rated bulbs. You may live in an area where your voltage is nto very consistant. You may try looking for a 130v rated bulb that will handle the higher voltage a bit better. Most retail stores will sell 120v rated bulbs as they are cheap and they can sell more as you are replacing them more often. In some areas just switching to a 130v bulb will help.
