I have a bathroom that was wallpapered directly to drywall.When I started to remove the wallpaper the drywall is getting torn up .It took me 3 hours to remove 3X3 area. Question is can I wallpaper over the existing wallper and if I can should I put a primer on first over the old wallpaper
