When closing the GD I heard it slam to the ground. The cables on both sides came off and I can't get the door to raise nor can I raise it from the hand pull.
Does the garage door need to be replaced or GDO? Or is it simply replaciing the cables or reattaching the cables?
Most important how do I open the door so I can get vehicles out until I can fix problem?
