I live in North Carolina near the Ocean. The house is in foreclosure because it was a rental property with so much damage it could not be fixed. The overhang in the back of the house, my hands can push thru it.
Is the drywall what the walls are made of. I am a complete beginner here. My gut tells me this is worth it. But I am getting nervous. I have the opportunity to pull out of the contract if I decide at any time the work is too great.
