Trying to find instructors

I am trying to find the right clicker and instructions to open a 20-year Sears*Best garage door opener. Model Number is 139.664000.

I was told to use model clicker # 53778, but I do not believe the opener has dip switches that can be changed like the remote changer.

Any ideas?
