cheap damper

they like to use the cheap dampers instead of putting a hood type cover on the outside wall. check with the home center if they have one to go on the outside wall(the roof models might leave the flap open when mounted on a sidewall. some exterior exaust vent hoods are to just break the wind from pushing up into the vent.
