Miller Furnace repeatedly kicks on & off for a minute or so at a time before running fully for a few

I have a Miller Furnace in a Mobile Home! The furnace kicks on and off repeatedly for only ~1 minute or less at a time before maybe finally running for a few minutes to provide heat. The repair man has replaced the blower motor with a larger one thinking that this would solve the problem but it has not! If anyone has a possible solution, please email me at: drshupe@yahoo.com
