the reason why you can't find plans for a breakfast nook is because i think you are actually refering to what is called a banquette. the French word referring to an upholstered bench. which is included in a breakfast nook. It is, shall i say, the "framework" of a breakfast nook. Google the word "banquette" and you shall come up with several photos and more information. Thank Martha Stewart Magazine for the information
