You are dealing with an unsubstantiated amount. It is not possible to surmise from no data what the effect of adding to a heating system will be. If you are adding ductwork to the existing ductwork to take care of 150 sq ft, then the load shouldn't be any different than the coil you already have. The load isn't sq ft, it is btuh.
