you can get a wall mount ventilation fan that has a humidistat to come on when the moisture rises above a set percent.(4 or 6 inch duct).

open a small 6 inch hole in the wall to check for insulation. easy to fix.

floor drain would depend on the slope of the floor and how much water you bring in. depending on the slab,,you could make a drywell in the floor if there is a low spot,. this is to prevent major concrete cutting to an outside drain. and as long as you do not have major water to easily fill that drain to the soil.
