Condensation will occur anytime the temperature of wall and glass surfaces inside the garage cool to below the dew point for that volume of air relative to its temperature and humidity.

Such condensation can occur at 98 degrees or -20 degrees.

The only way to eliminate the condensation is to make sure the wall temperatures stay above the dew point by either heating the garage or dehumidifying the air.

A simple start is to remove all snow from the vehicle before it comes in.

Wall insulation, heat, and dehumidifying will additionally help.
