Your toilet may be causing the banging and/or vibrating. The water valve that fills the toilet tank has a rubber or plastic washer that is used to open or shut the water to the tank. That washer becomes defective and reacts to a change in water pressure, as in when a shower is turned on or off. It then starts vibrating which causes humming or banging of the pipes. Shut off the water to the toilets and see if the noise persists.
