I had my new 1 year old home inspected by a home inspector. Condesation was found in the attic which was evidenced by rusty nails in the roof sheathing and damp wood. The moisture content only measured 17%. The inspectior could not find any reason for this problem. All the building codes had been followed for adequate ventilation. All the pipes had been insulated and the roofing seem fine. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong.? I do live in an area with high humitity (Washington state). Is there anything I can do to repair this problem? Is this something my home warranty should cover? Thanks JEdgmon
