Dryer venting

There are two issues:
+ Your dryer vent termination is not stopping air from coming back into the house, so a flapper might be frozen open or missing. A better terminator might be required

+ Air is coming into the house, so that is evidence of a negative pressure in the house which can also affect furnaces and stove venting to leave products of combustion in the home.

Both need correction.
