Thanks, and I found a great site with an animated walk through at: www.kenmorewater.com , which helped me some, but I called the help line this morning and they told me to replace the venturi gasket. That little gasket cost me $25.70 (shipping included), but she said if its damaged, which mine was it won't suck the water up from the brine. We'll see when it comes in, but lets hope it fixes it.
