I am an homeowner and I have been experiencing a brown color in my hot water for about three months now. I had the water commission technician in to check and see if there had been a broken water main in my area. That was not the case, however I was told that there seems to be a degree of rust settled in the bottom of my hot water tank and this needs to be drained, by attaching a hose to the bottom faucet and flushing it out. The problem is, I was looking for some advice from your company as to how I would go about doing this. If you can email me back with instructions, then this would be great.
I will wait to hear from you.
Thankyou, Steve
