Need help on 220 hook up

We need to know how to hook up a 220 unit for our 5th wheel to our home electric post. Put in the box & breaker. But went wrong somewhere when we went to plug in 5th wheel. Think we got wires not properly hooked up somehow. Please help. Thanks.
