try it.i don't about c or d but the thing is the further the radiator is from the boiler the larger the opening on the valve should be(for proper balance).every situation is different and a correct balance is obtained by trial and error mostly.if you feel a certain radiator is too cool then you need a larger opening.too hot just the opposite.the exception is the room where the thermostat is because once those get hot and satisfy the thermostat then they all stop getting heat.get the picture?
