Limit Switch problems

My 4 year old thermalzone furnace(903046z 4 tube)must have a bad design for the limit switch.I have replaced 4 switches,2 in the past month.After taking an old one apart it seems to me that this normally closed switch opens when it gets to hot,opening the control circuit and shuting down the burner,as the fan continues to run.If this is the case, can I control the temp. to fix the problem.
