LIQUID FLOOR LEVELER

some years ago i watched a program where bob used a liquid floor leveler. It was in a five gallon container which he simpley poured onto a concrete surface and the fluid spread out finding its own level. this was/is some type of ACRLYIC? which hardens. He even demonstrated that if you wanted to dress it up you just grabed a handful of sparkles and threw it/them onto the still wet surface. what was/is this product? where is it available?
