Air Conditioner Weatherproofing

Hi All,
I recently purchased a co op and now that the winter is here i feel a little drafe coming from my air conditioner.
It is in a sleeve and has weatherstripping along the edges. I would like to know what i can do to eliminate the draft. I have a cover on the ac but that only helps so much. Any help is appreciated.
