Be certain that you don't have to make the final payment (at least 1/3 of the total) until after the final coat is dry and you are happy with the result. Reputable floor refinishers have no problem with such an arrangement. (And don't use a company named Calmar in your area...)
Sorry I cannot recommend someone good, but I do recommend that you learn as much as possible about the refinishing process so you can make an educated decision.
