installing a window air conditioner through an outside stucco wall

I have a plain outside stucco wall in a 15'x15' bedroom and would like to know how to go about installing an air conditioner. There is an electrical outlet on this wall. Reasonably insulated walls and ceiling leads me to believe that a 7000 BTU maximum unit should do the job
