I have a Zinsco electrical box on my rent house. Resently the tennents have complained that they cannot use the dryer and the oven at the same time. It trhows the breaker. The other breakers in the box, are sad shape and need to be replaced. Is it advisable to replace the entire panel.
Does the panel include the bars that the breakers sit on?
Since this house was built back in the early 50's, is there any reason that I would have to rewire the house and install a new service?
