if the power comes in at a switch box then you would need only one three conductor running to the fan/light and two sets of three from switches to switches.here goes:
all grounds together
incoming black pigtailed to both commons
travelers of each set of three ways connect together one set for fan other for light.
commons of other two three ways one goes to light other goes to fan.
incoming white goes to fixture directly and uninterupted
just imagine two seperate circuits with a common feed.
