Glazing Kitchen Cabinets

I would like to glaze my kitchen cabinets. Approximately 10 yrs old. They are currently white with a satin finish. What is the process and can it be done with glazing over the white finish?? My countertops are white. Under cabinets is white ceramic with cobalt blue accent.
What type of materials need to be purchase? Do you have step by step information??
