Also bear in mind the number of people who post here with problems represent a very small number compared to how many windows were sold. And just because there a problem doesnt means its the manufacturer. They could rimracked due to shipping and storage problems, they may rot because of improper flashing or siding, they may be drafty because they were installed crooked or twisted. Im sure there are other things I'm missing. Companies dont usually last long making a faulty product. If you're not comfortable with this company, I'd suggest researching with something like consumer reports for side by side comparisions. You may find they are ok, or you may find something better.
