Thanks for your input Bountyhunter. Takagi themselves say that the model that I am looking at can handle 2 major uses at a time w/the GPM capacity. I am just wondering if 1 dedicated unit can handle the hot water requirements for coil hot water heat. The winters in the NE can be harsh and I definitely do not want to be "underpowered" when the temps dip.
