There are no bedrooms, just a family room and office. However, I may forego the practicality of the bilco doors full entrance / exit given your commments on difficulty of keeping thne basement dry with Bilco doors.
The contractors I've been talling to are stating the opposite, and I fear it's because they want the more expensive job.
Any other comments or observations would be greatly appreciated.
