Had almost $7,000 of Silestone installed in kitchen. Every seam is yellow or black. Seams are raised, cracked & chipped & catch on a dish cloth, scott towel or something wiped across them. Countertops show every smear & waterspot. Bullnose around countertops is black. They did come out about 2 months ago & dig out & replace 1 seam & it turned black while they were still working on it so they said it was a Silestone problem & told us that someone from Silestone would come out within 30 days to see the problems & that time period has come & gone & we we have hear from no one. The company we purchased it from blames Silestone & Silestone blames them. Have been trying to get someone to address this for 6 months now, all to no avail. We put our life savings into fixing up our home when hubby retired recently & now it looks like we will have to consult with and Attorney in order to get someone to help us. How can Silestone or any company treat people like this? They have our money & we have a kitchen that I am ashamed to have anyone see.
