thanks guys for the response. i'll definitely contact the hoa before having a plumber come by and cut my ceiling. i count about 30 drips everytime the neighbor's shower turns on, and at 6 a.m. those little drips start sounding like HUGE thumps. the condo is a condo conversion and was actually built in 1971 as apartments. i'm also really concerned about mold forming due to the leaks...
