Jay I agree on the bids but the problem is that we don't own the house yet and can not get the bids ourself. We need to be able to negotiate with the seller. If we split the cost we don't wan't to actually end up paying the whole bill. I need to know some general ranges so that we know how to negotiate. Thanks Meg
