If you're in the city, check who may have obtained a permit to install the fence. Post a sign on the fence advising them to take the fence down, leave your phone number on post. Some fence company may have installed it on the wrong lot. It's a shame that you now go to all this trouble to locate whoever put it up! Good luck... Jasper
