These fans are beautiful- unfortunately that doesn't matter if they're junk. I just bought one (Tiffany Chapelle model)- right out of the box I can't get the light kit to attach properly without the connector inside becoming detached and making the lights go off. There isn't enought room in the housing for all the wires and connectors- it doesnt help that the instructions are incorrect about which wire connects to which. It seems that Hampton bay knows their fans are garbage since you can't even find a contact number to the manufacturer... and, they have to sell exclusively to home depot to keep the irrate customers from contacting them directly about these lemon fans.
