Bench saw 28-160 Cannot get the blade to keep from wandering. Facing the table saw it drifts right.

RE:
My saw blade used to ride on the back edge.
1) Assuming the guides are properly set and you tried turning the "adjusting allen screw" (in the hole next to the wheel locking knob) counter clockwise? If not -Loosen all the blade guides and move them to give the blade room. Adjust by unlocking the wheel knob and turning the screw quarter turn CCW and tightening the knob. Rotate blade CW by hand. If the blade falls off reset the allen screw half way back to the original position. If not set the guides and try cutting wood. If it moves abruptly it's the guide settings.
2) But, If the "adjusting allen screw" is already loose (then it should be all the way out by now) the aluminum wheel guide should be flat against the frame.
3) If so, pull the wheel guide off the frame and check for dirt on the tracks.
4) If still no discoveries are found, check if the wheels are wobbling on the shafts.
note: The plastic pulley wheels bend if the blade is set too tight and the saw sits for several months. Try clamping wheel shaft in a vise and push a wedge between the low side of the wheel and the vise, pushing the wheel, then blowdry the plastic for several minutes and let totally cool without touching it. Check if you did good.
5) You can also try adding washers behind the bottom two wheels moving them outward towards the cover. Good luck.
PS> I bought it at a garage sale for 20 bucks because the owner just couldn't get it to run right. Uggh.. You didn't sell yours in NJ this year?
