Likely... but not necessarily in the power supply *to* the dishwasher.

Depending on the exact model of dishwasher, it could have a thermal fuse and will definitely have a door switch, either of which could render the dishwasher totally inoperative if defective.

The first thing that likely needs to be checked is seeing if power is *actually* getting to the dishwasher or not. Just because a breaker hasn't tripped doesn't mean it is absolutely good.

If not a problem in the main power supply, posting the dishwasher's *complete* model might help use to see what part it uses which might be responsible for problems.
