Agitator 'dogs' replacement

** The agitator dogs seems worn out b/c the agitator goes around both ways. **

Worn agitator dogs should only affect the top half of the agitator not the whole thing. Is the bottom half of the agitator still working?

** I dont know how to remove the agitator dogs. **
