removing excess polyurethane

We are in process of putting poly on new handmade doors (pine). First put on sanding sealer, sanded, & applied 1 coat polyurethane. Did light sanding & applied 2nd coat. We now have a major run in the 2nd coat. How best to remove? Thanks
