This is an older tile made of cellulose fiber. The drooping is caused by moisture and time swelling the fiber, and in my experience is not reversable. Chances are the ceiling behind the tile is plaster and is in poor condition. Your choice is replace the ceiling with a concealed grid suspension ceiling tile, or replace the entire ceiling with drywall attached to frame, or drywall suspension system. All of the new replacements will look much better, and ceiling replacement can allow for updating wiring, lighting, plumbing and other maintenance in an older home.
