What to use to clean a wall with satin paint????!!

HELP!! We just painted the house a month ago and everytime I wipe a wall it leaves a "stain" on the wall where I wiped it. I am only using water on a paper towel. What am I donig wrong?!! my new walls look terrible where these marks are showing. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
