Try "Mean Green - Mildew Remover with Bleach". Just spray lightly on the area (dab or lightly touch with a paper towel) and let dry. Repeat until the stain is gone.
I just did this in our kitchen around the skylight and it worked great. I can't find the product anywhere so I hope you can.
