Move the Toilet

Relocate the toilet to 14" (or more) off the wall to accomodate your joists without cutting or notching them.

You can then use either a 14" centered commode or just use a standard 12" commode that will set out from the wall.

Alternatively, you can center the drain at 10" and get a 10" center toilet.

The key is to try to avoid altering the TJI in any way.
