Within the past two years I covered my homes overhangs (1 story house 1700 sq.ft. 50 yr. old home) and put in vents (15) or so around the parimeter open to the attic. Two months ago I put on a new roof with ridge vents. I am noticing several areas on ceilings where paint seems to be peeling. Small areas maybe about 1 to 2 sq. incehs. Could I be allowing to much air into the attic causing moisture which might cause paint to peel? Maybe I should close up some of the vents.
