I am working in Mexico, and we donīt have such as many options as you have. No matter HOME DEPOT is just here.
My advice is that when you are using masking tape, donīt push too much and you will not hurt the painted wall. Also, you can use half of the tape on a newspaper sheet, and the other half onto the wall.
