Ok, i was excited that the holes/ungrade part of my yard dried out after 6-7 days of no rain an 60 degree temps. i came out the next day and the holes has some water back in them with no rain fall. My fields were put in in september. I do have clay and the perk test barely passed. THe inspector and the guy who put them in came the other day and said it was not septic but sitting water. What should i do?
