We recently bought an older pier and beam home and the only drawback is the washer and dryer are in the kitchen. We would like to move them into the hall closet which currently houses the hot water tank and heater. We would like to move those two units into the attic. I was wondering if anyone has had this done and could tell us the work involved and the approximate cost to hire contractors to do this for us???
