Garage Door Opener Keyless Pad & Remote

I just bought a house and the owner did not leave a manual forto reset the code on the keyless pad.

Garage Opener: Craftsman 1/2HP
Remote Control: grey unit with 1 big and 2 small blue buttons

UnitID: 139.53681B (01/02)

Can anyone tell me how to reset the code on the keyless pad?
Is there a way to set the remote so that the door opens and closes automatically without clicking on the big blue button.

What are the other 2 small blue buttons for?

Is the manual available online?
