unless you have a saw with the pulley on the right hand side of the arbor when looking at the saw from the front, you have a right hand thread on the arbor. I have only seen left hand thread on dewalt trim saws and hand saws with the blade to the users left side of the saw. I once seen on a very old sawmill powered by a steam engine there were left hand threads on a 3 inch diameter arbor.
