I am trying to decide whether to go with OSB or plywood for decking my roof. I plan to remove the present composition roof and the original wood shingles underneath and deck the entire roof and install new composition shingles. The price of OSB is quite attractive compared with plywood, but I live in Houston where the humidity is always high, and I am concerned that the OSB may not hold up. Any experience/advice?
